  2. “You’ll keep your accts”
  3. “ of course those are real 3m masks “
  4. “ we certainly will not raise your pricing “
  5. ” Guaranteed overnight local delivery “
  6. “ of course we would never sub an item for a knockoff brand “

If I was any of their competition, Ild email blast for 40
Days and 40 nights all about those class action lawsuits, how Mason treated the furlough people , etc.

They sold your soul , now the devil is coming to collect .

I think the furlough “experience” is and was different based on the branch . What you’re talking about makes me sick . Technically all correspondence is can be sought out if ya think about it.

As a furloughed rep, I can attest to one conversation, only one , via email dating back to August/September — an email from Brockton HR saying the furlough is continuing ,after the initial email/contact in March 2020.

At no time ,and I will testify to this in court, was I contacted by Mgt at any level after the initial furlough in March 2020. To the contrary , customers were being told “ don’t worry , your rep is fine and will be back as soon as we can”. “ go ahead and place the order as your rep is still paid on the accts”

Because mason mgrs don’t think before they react, emails are kept by customers and readily accessible to verify any discrepancies. Also considered admissible evidence in most juris dictions as “ proof of correspondence “.
Bet they wish they hadn’t sent !!

FWB, from New England , I take it?

“You’ll keep your accounts” is something I think most were told and if things changed , they’d let us know first . Seems like that was the tactic to stay in touch , transfer orders, acct. info, and other stuff . You gotta think managers n f.reps communicated during some aspect of furlough period .
