It is interesting how this company operates. The knowledgeable employees that take their work seriously, forgo PTO and put in 60 to 70 hours a week get termed while the slackers, gossipers and cheaters are retained. This just says it all about the company.
We worked so hard there. How many of us came in early and stayed late, worked weekends, holidays, ? We all did and what was the real pay off? A lay off.
What has happened to that company's culture? It used to be great there. What happened?
Ugh...their lies are their truths. Corporate usa. Indoctrinated slaves to their masters/overlords.
They removed them lol.. Only softball bs questions per usual. Synergy, empowerment, whatever buzzwords to hide cost cutting and asking people to do more for less.

it's funny with those folks on that job site bragging about working for that company. Shouts out, and happy talk etc...like watching smiling folks board a doomed plane. It's sad bc the info is out there yet they choose to deny nor accept reality.

haha there is no place to have frank discussions. Comments may be the only place now. The Hub has turned into Woke Central for whatever society says is the new thing to signal about and make sure it is given lipservice by mgmt. Yammer is a joke as well. All good threads on the Hub Connect were shut down for honesty after people starting speaking how they really feel.
