Andy email this morning. MDs and Ds going back ahead of vaccination. Then all employees back to office in June once vaccines are available. I guess the big bosses are expendable. Sounds right, haha.
After a year or working remotely though with every other tech company in the area going to full time remote options for all workers Alaska is saying nope, not us. We still believe that our business is based on a belief that all work must be in person. Didn't learn a thing from the past year. IT workers are going to flee. Pay is better and work conditions better and more flexible at every other company in the area.
