This company needs to work on its Trust issues. Until that's fixed, we are all doomed.

Will anything EVER change?
The idea of anyone being fired because of the opinion of 1-2 year employees is laughable.
I heard MM was forced out cause rotators program was costing $60-70MM per year. Then, HR did a survey among rotators and the survey was really negative, rotators complained, costed MM the job.
The opposite of Clean the swamp!! LOL remove all the people, VPs, etc that made Apa great and bring new bff species
MM? The guy in charge of the college kids? The best Apache has to offer (doesn’t say much).
How about bypassing the rules to hire his son as an intern even though his prior DUI should have precluded him from that opportunity. Probably another reason one of the company’s very best (MM) was forced out.
Now they want us to be mentored by the same fake and phony people mentioned below? Hard Pass. Half either got their jobs due to brown nosing or the new "Woke" HR wave spreading like Covid! Trust NO ONE
There are several huge loopholes in the severance agreement.
Similar to most of the executive team, the guy who works as the HR lawyer isn’t as smart as he thinks he is.
Wrong. No one has signed away his or her right to report a crime. Furthermore, anonymous reporting happens all the time.
John is a fool. You are a bigger one if you think he’s not. Even bigger still if you think Apache isn’t the laughing stock.
Over billing on what? The office or E&P. What about the environmental dangers in the office his brother built. Oh yeah, you signed that away when you got your severance.
Let’s not forget the plane that JC uses expressly (COVID) to go watch his son warm the bench.
A family of real winners.
This company is not his, but he doesn’t understand that.
He staffs key roles with his best friends from high school.
The only thing being more pathetic is working for him. Leave. Go anywhere else.
“Wonder if he was getting kick backs on the San Antonio over billing that is supposed to be a big secret”
Doubtful, but he likely was getting something in return from his family member that was involved in the construction of the Midland office building.
To spend millions on a new building (with the alleged long-term view of making it the primary Midland office and subleasing the older, existing building, but yet constructing it without a reception area on the first floor!) only to basically abandon it within 2 years is just crazy.
Sure, the San Antonio office cost a bunch too (and was initiated under the previous CEO), but I don’t think JC’s family was involved in that build out.
It really is staggering to think of all the millions, no, billions, that have been spent over the years with basically nothing to show for it.
When the most profitable aspect of one’s business is non-op properties, it should make one wonder if they really have any idea how to run things.
But not JC and the gang.
For them, they apparently just want to keep burning other people’s money and enriching themselves, while hoping to not get caught.
Busy work as most managers are not qualified for the positions they hold. They got there by leading Alpine high by secrecy and cover up. They know nothing about the major asset but trying to run it the same way. You are only as good as leadership which is horrific right now ... lawsuit(s) ...We cheering for you to expose the coverup that has been going on for years now.
Hope leadership and board gets help personally accountable too for breach of their fiduciary duties
Managers that don’t even have degrees or personal certifications that were mandatory for hire before JC changed everything To stupidity ....head down and uneducated. Wonder if he was getting kick backs on the San Antonio over billing that is supposed to be a big secret
“Your work flow is sound and your recommendation seems logical but I just don’t love your numbers. Why don’t you spend countless more hours reworking so that I can tell you no again in a week”
