Layoffs will continue until the morale improves
I hear that constantly, and I believe it to be so. Only, what does that really mean, what will be left of this company that used to be extraordinary? What will it be reduced to?
I hope I won’t be here much longer because it’s awful to watch what they do and what decisions they make.
