Everything is going downhill. The work environment went from okay to bad to worse within months. Don't get me started on managers and how they've been acting lately. All of this has caused morale to plummet. I'm at the point where I'd happily volunteer if they announced another round of layoffs was coming.

Good for you now you can use this time to up skill many learn tableau and get a better job. You are lucky my friend as you just got a paid vacation
Friday was my last day with this place but I will check back here occasionally to see how you guys suffer haha
Nothing really...just sit back and relax. You’ve already reduced your productivity. Enjoy collecting a full time paycheck and benefits. Until you are RIF’ed, casually look for a new job elsewhere. What else would you like to do?
Me too. Give me my severance and I will happliy leave with a big smile on my face. I have been doing everything I can to get on the RIF list. Openly pushing back against the Diversity and Exclusion agenda. Submitted an HR complaint against a executive director, significantly lowered my production. And yet I'm still here. What else can I do?
I am sorry but I dont see you walking away from your 50k job with benefits. Though hope you have been working on your skills during to pandemic to get a better job. Interviews are easier now too to hop to it my friend if you are unhappy. Be the change you seek
The post below says it is tomorrow. I know GTI is over due for a RIF.
