All I hear is that they are on pebble all day putting up jokes . Not bad for 4-5 k a month...anyone wonder why the company is going under?

if they are on pebble all day and posting jokes, it may not be what YOU want them to do, it IS something though
I phoned into one of the call centers, asked to speak to the manager, and the manager was very helpful. Well worth the 4-5k per month.
Who are you hearing this from, other call center managers/associates? The only way they would know if managers are on Pebble all day, would be because they are on Pebble all day, as well. Worthless associates + worthless managers = Sears
4-5k a month? Ha-ha! I am making 6,400k+ a month and my call center will never ever close.
