All this complaining and bellyaching was for nothing. The union didn’t do anything to help the Carman and nothing catastrophic happened in Kansas city with the force reduction.

Seems like this should be a lawsuit if UP is violating agreements

Why do you think they're cutting Carmen? Duh. Because they don't want any bad orders with this psr sh–. But that's impossible you have things that wear out and break, again common sense..Glad you're drinking the s— a– koolaid So we pay these union scabs to come in and run down them like the s— as_es they are. And they don't care about the public's safety or the crews safety. So that's where the FRA comes in smart one asking about the FRA..

Shortline yard in Iowa is cutting as many Carmen as possible. Do you expect utility men not to bleed cars or air test trains when told to? I’m sure this is happening nation wide. Have the Carmen officers approached Smart about this? Doesn’t even seem like the carman I know care enough to keep there jobs.

What can FRA do about Utility Employees at any location? It’s allowed under the regs.

I guess this vague post is referring to the Utility Man put on at 18th St? 18th St will still be dysfunctional. Kansas City has no leadership.

The union is obviously being paid off. Isn’t that obvious? They probably need RR permission to raise a fuss and the RR will let them know to what degree they are allowed to act like they care. I would think with the current political administration these union would at least be trying a little harder for goodness sakes. Maybe the higher ups are just afraid the payoffs will stop if they do their jobs. Scary times people!

They're not doing Carmen's work, all they are doing is looking for bleed rods to pull and hoses that need coupled. So my question is. Where's the FRA and the Union at? Once there's a derailment that wipes out a small town or pollutes a big stream/streams that's when the FRA will show up.. And then they'll have to quit getting paid under the table and actually act like they have a job to do.. Sad but true!

All its gonna take is for an individual to get injured doing something not included in job description on property, its game over for that person, stay in your lane folks.

What good is a strike going to do when we already have p_ssy' s going back to work to do whatever job their sh–y union comes up with.. That's no Union/Brotherhood at all.

Absolutely true. How many years... If not decades did the Kansas City car department help move freight...
The Carmen met every goal, did everything that was ever asked of them, all the while taking the blame for anything that went wrong.

Guys... Don't let this happen in your terminals/service centers. Take this warning seriously.
Start protecting your jobs now.....

That's garbage just saying! There's no way I would go back to work after being furloughed to do another crafts job. Only to have a job and send Carmen home. That's a true s— a–! And for those that don't know where this took place it's KC.

That’s ridiculous. And we ran out of popsicles at North Platte. I didn’t see any popsicles anywhere and it is super hot outside. Way to have the courage to care.

Why don’t you explain what you are talking about? Where, who, why, etc. This posting tells us nothing.
