Thread regarding ADP layoffs

How much does age limit you?

By this I do not mean to ask if the people in later years get laid off easier, or whether it's harder for them to get a new job, but I am interested in how limited they are in this company while working? What problems do they face at work because of their age?
I guess a lot of times they are unfairly excluded from certain projects just because of age? Many say ADP is almost at the top of companies when it comes to age discrimination.

Age discrimination does exist and I believe it did occur, especially these past 4 or 5 years. The problem is that this can be difficult to prove. Your question involved discrimination while working. I don't believe that it was noticeable when I was there. Obviously opportunities can come your way, or not, so once Mgt has targeted you for the sc-ap heap some opportunities would not be offered to you. Unfortunately, that part makes sense, since they need to plan for the future and unfortunately, you may not be a part of it.

If anyone is excluded from a project because of their age, then you should say something and stand up for what is right. There are always people older and younger than you and always will be. And you can always be targeted because you fall on above or below some discrimination line - old or young. Bottom line it is wrong, and in many cases illegal, and ADP is horrible as has been proven for over 4 years straight of highly discriminatory actions. Just wait until they target you outright because of your skin color.
