Not to sound insensitive, because I feel for anyone that was involved with WB over the last year... but are there really still furloughed sales reps who actually believe they’re going to be asked back?
I mean it’s now been a full calendar year for a lot of people. In that time:
- a huge chunk of customers either closed down or switched predominantly to a WFH model absolutely k – ling WB’s business plan
- I can’t speak on every branch but at my former branch I’ve heard that most furloughed reps business has already been moved to other reps / Florida inside reps
So what exactly do you think you’re coming back to? The people who they retained are barely making any money (...)
