Around two rounds of SVS in the US and Canada, if you are asking this question now, I think you should have been laid off years ago...
If your role is not impacted then you've missed the (SVS) boat.
If your role is impacted then make your applications a mix of jobs with huge competition you won't get and a weak - but not ridiculously weak - application.
Why didn’t you apply for svs when they are offering?
I really want out but I'd also like to leave with severance as a safety net.
