So who thinks the union and the company will come to an agreement before April 16th. I find it real interesting that the company decided to end the contract the same the it is coming out of bankruptcy.

You cant strike when you are locked out...
'Locked out! I'll show you! We'll go on strike!" Hahaha union leaders know their members don't know the difference. This is going to be great, then CWA's turn.

"Frontier needs us more than we need them" LOL this cant be serious. You work for Frontier not the union, Frontier signs your paycheck and you pay dues to the union. Strike and do us all a favor...
Who cares...nobody should be left in the union to begin with, there is no chance that contract is as appealing as the union wants it to be. Fight is over, union lost, time to accept the loss.
I say that we strike. This will show Frontier that we are serious. Frontier needs us more than we need them. I believe in our Union because they’ve never let us down before!
There is a good chance the company will lock out the FL employees just like they did with WV a couple of years ago. The management replacement teams and vendors are already in place. Ask your union steward to verify this if you don’t believe me. This time though the company has ALL of the leverage. This is when they will present the take it or leave it offer of chicken feed wages for most job classifications, jacked up or elimination of many major benefits, and virtually no 401k match. There will be some sad faces among the workers who have had their heads in the sand for the last 3 yrs once they realize that they can now go work at Costco for the same amount as what they will be now making at FTR if the union accepts the final offer. At least there isn’t as much stress!
