My quota is over 100 new internet connections a month but I receive less than 100 new calls a month. Someone please explain to me how this adds up?

Yeah well I took 1 call on my two hours of forced overtime today. They paid me $75 to talk to one person.
Typical, part of the reason why Frontier is sinking.

Have you ever been in sales? It doesn't sound like it. You're a salesperson. You have to take the initiative and prospect for new subscribers. Make cold calls. Hit the pavement. See what other successful salespeople are doing. Get with it. If you don't hit your goals you're gone.
