It’s a sad day here on broke back mountain. It appears the father of wide track aka light bulb head, has finally been burned out if you will. It seems that without his army of knife wielding ehs “professionals” lead by his general wide track, his armor of deceit and back stabbery has now rusted to the ground. With no protection, it appears light bulb head may have received an “e tu Brutus” a coup de gras blow. I mean let’s be real. When you lived under big birds wings for over 10 years riding the creating wave of ehs incompetence and idiocracy you probably let your light bulb shine bright without fear of retribution or consequence. And at the end of the day that very same lightbulb exposes all. Good by light bulb head. Maybe Conoco needs an ehs coordinator.

Big bird here. Why am I being censored? We were riding a creating wave of ehs philosophies with JHAs and exposure reducing activity notebooks being conducted by wide tracks 300 man army. In hindsight the biggest hazard was all of the EHS “professionals” trying to leave the office at the same time. Believe me you didn’t want to be on the highway at 3:15pm! I was the joe Biden of EHS. I did fire all competent and actual EHS directors when I won the Devon game of thrones before we all got exposed as incompetent bafoons but hey that’s the breaks kid. Did you read your 7 distinctions of a restarted ehs team?
It really all makes sense now, especially at the 35000 foot view. So many of the old guard EHS employees have been terminated for cause. The replacement EHS director (Captain Loose pants), lightbulb head, and Widetrack. This is just what we know about, likely many more tentacles extended throughout the group. Never in the history of mankind has a more toxic and corrupt group of individuals been assembled under one desk.
I always wondered why Devon EHS was 15-20 years behind their peers EHS groups. Now we know. May these individuals be limited in their ability to infiltrate future companies. Spread the word so unsuspecting organizations can avoid. Beware though, one of these individuals is a full fledged "shape shifter" who is capable of transforming from EHS to Operations and back when need arises.
