I managed to find a new (very similar) job not long after being laid off and the starting pay had me happy but confused. It turned out Juniper has been drastically underpaying me for the three years I was there. You live and learn, I guess. People who are still there make sure this is not the case with you as well.

What about Arista? Would moving to Arista translate to comp increase or decrease?
Moving to FAANG will certainly get a big increase. Moving to similar company you could get a reduction. When I interviewed at Cisco, the compensation for similar position was slightly lower.
