I’d hate to contact a lawyer but I will if I have too. I know 2 managers who were fired and found great jobs. Me and my old manager didn’t like each other and was fired. What kind of information does Hr tell?Anyone have any info?

Generally speaking organizations give out a start and 'separation' date. No codes, reasons or lengthy conversations. This is a standard reply for an email or phone call to HR or AR departments.
Now if there is an off the record conversation, or the retail network working it's grapevine that can be another story.
