A total win for both parties, Union and GE alike. All the time union officers and GE spent together was well worth it. Congrats to RM and others!

@2skb+19S5kBeH, I don't understand. Less people doing the same amount of work is always a win for the shareholders. What's not to like?
It’s a joke! Should of never happened!
@1wxe+19S5kBeH, Hello little one, wasn't the CA voted upon by the members? It's the members job to do their due diligence.
@1f–+19S5kBeH, Of course and as it should be. Do you walk to work? Ride a horse to work? No you embrace technology and drive a car. You expect GE not to embrace technology?
It was easy, there was nothing to negotiate. Union was paid off. Everyone knows. It’s not a secret. SG, RM were taken out of their positions, not promoted. That doesn’t happen when you do good work. Some of us aren’t fools, you won’t convince us no matter how many times you say it.
GE example of Lean..how can we make your job easier so we can give you more machines to run....its about cutting shop rate and lining their pockets not yours.
☺️, nicely done by the union and co.
I know it was awhile ago, but I wanted to celebrate as its a great win for all.
GE and IUE-CWA 301 partnering on Lean activities through flexibility provided
for in the CA. What a huge win for all!
Was this post frozen in time and just thawed? CA has been the way for a few years now?
I tend to agree with you!
