We need one big time. Some fancy lawyer to subpoena all the c-suite emails, HR records, and connect the dots. It's completely obvious to everyone that it's happened all over the company. Unfortunately, it's not illegal to fire Americans and hire Indians and Filipinos, but it should be.

True. but read up on age discrimination since you need to prove that age was the primary factor and not simply one of the factors. ADP's desire to reduce pay and PTO, while related, might be considered other factors.
I was among those that were cut and was told that my position was being eliminated and that it was not due to my productivity. The position was sent overseas and then returned a few months. So, once you find that you are not wanted you have to decide what battle you wish to fight. I decided to enjoy life outside of ADP, though this change had not been in my plans.
