I believe the article means that. Ompanoes outsource to ADP
Wow! I could just pay the right sources and I could be #1 too! I would like to be the "King of the World"! How much would I have to pay to "earn" that title?
I can assure you, ADP is complete #2.
First, your post is highly misleading and meant to misinform intentionally. The article merely lists 10 of the top (i.e. largest by #'s) business outsourcing firms, not that ADP is the very top any more than any other firm on that list. Second, it is widely known that for years and years ADP's marketing arm courts and pays to be in written up articles and, polls, and awards. It is comical at times how they have paid for "awards" for recognition of most diverse, most inclusive, etc. All of it political spin to cover much of the bad at ADP in a "pay for" avoidance of info coming out that might portray them in a negative light.
Lastly, and for those of us still not out of this c-ap pile yet, we all know this place is definitely a company whose executives are most certainly nothing but full of number two!
