While I might be much better off at some other company, I’m happy here because I’m doing a job I love. When you do a job you love, you usually don’t even feel like you’re doing it. Yet lately I’ve been so overwhelmed with work that it’s taken all the fun out of it.
There have always been phases when more work had to be done than usual but this is now almost unbearable. Are you feeling overwhelmed with workload lately as well?

Keep looking. Work is not supposed to be fun, if it was they wouldn't pay you.
No - but I'm probably in a higher position in the company.
