I’d love to get out of here, but I don’t have much idea where to go.
This is my first job and I would not like to repeat the experience of getting into a company that is a total mess once again.

I don't know if it would better but I imagine it has to be. I know one thing: the head of the business at any competitor would know how to pronounce the names of award winners on a national call. What an embarrassment that our control-freak leader couldn't pronounce employee names...he couldn't take the time to get the pronunication for each and practice saying them out loud. WHAT A POMPOUS ARROGANT FOOL. Yeah, YOU VINNY. Please go back to Europe! And Jaimie, please go back to exercise equipment. You KNOW NOTHING about paint and are ruining the business!
