Recent college graduate here and I am wondering if there is a possibility of having a long time career in this type of industry? Can anyone give me HONEST unbiased feedback on the pros/cons of working for the Railroad? I’ve actually thought of starting a career in other industries and am just trying to get info before I start doing online applications. I appreciate any feedback.

My advice, stay away from the railroad, unless you crave disappoint, then by all means, go for it!
I consider it a temporary job service.
