The watch and accessories maker revealed quarterly and full-year earnings Wednesday after the market closed, falling short on top and bottom lines for the quarter and logging a $96 million loss for the year.

Apple was introduced in 2015. Fossil had not had positive numbers since its introduction. 6 years of negative numbers, layoffs, and store closings isn't good. Poor leadership, bad decisions, and terrible managers. Circling the drain till the money is gone and no-one is left.
