I’m literally constantly experiencing burnout. The deadlines we have now are irrational. I have been working here for a long time but there has never been such pressure.
Someone said it well, that employees are required to complete the job yesterday.
At first I thought that my motivation dropped, so I could barely get things done on time, but when I saw someone here complaining about the deadline in their department, it seems to me that the situation is similar for everyone?

enterprise does give a cr-p about anyone just out to make money. Very unethical company.
My God. Nothing has changed with this company. Nothing! It's a full days worth of blood sweat and tears. Just to realize there are tons of people in line ahead of you waiting to get upped.
We are getting the same deadlines with a lack of proper planning in my department, we are even getting asked to work on the weekends a month after this same manager went on a week long vacation.
Are you in IT or Corporate Business? Curious
Consider the alternative. I got laid off last April and still haven’t found anything comparable to what I was doing at Enterprise. A lot of us haven’t. Forgive me but you’re still getting a paycheck while many of us are struggling. Through no fault of your own of course but I’m sure there are many who would trade places with you.
We all know it would be nice if they called some/all staff back but we all also know that’s going to happen. Why hire people back when they can get it from you? Do you honestly think anyone cares about burnout there? It’s an employer market right now they could care less if you walk. The millions the company spent on $100 gift cards for employee appreciation could have been better invested to staff up. That would have been true appreciation and support.
