Somebody mentioned something about possible March layoffs a while ago, what happened with that?

I cannot wait for the company to can all the lazy people. A party should be planned to honor the management for their wise and fair judgement in picking out the worst-of-worst.
If it was busted as a false rumor, I'll be overjoyed.
