Sad truth, and Birdy and Blakey would not admit they are weak. Their egos also forbid them from admitting the direction they took during this “transformation” is erroneous - paid too much money, spent too much time, wasted too much resources.

Time to start thinking about how effective the transformation exercise is. Blake, if you are reading this: you have way too many yes-men around you, so you’re only hearing the good news.
