i also dont know what they did? 3 staffs but only can see payroll processing. i believe payroll not outsource but is fully recommended for the good of dqap.
Hr is useless. What's the need for them when payroll already outsource. And not their job. Few years did nth earn free salary.
means no need hr , payroll outsource, no revruitment, since everything not their scope, nothing they did for past 1 year
