Is anyone else hearing their customers or sales teams throw a fit when they hear the price of Success 360 compared to their previous costs of Premier Support, BCS, and HCS? In many cases, it is double the previous cost or more.

Success 360 is going to fail because it’s not a service that any customer wants.
i thought S360 is not about support and that it was based on production ennoblement offerings the support component was just a carrot did i get that wrong?
