I know a manager in Smart Mobility FORDX which is losing money who says his annual pay is more than a half million plus benefits.

No work is required at all, but there are plenty of diversity, inclusion, and equality PowerPoints which are mandatory viewing. these historic equality actions of Ford to hire and promote the non-qualified the last several years are reaping lasting benefits.

Looking at those PowerPoint slides require a lot of work. PowerPoint .. that's where the money is.
