As a salaried manager is there a handbook for us and if so what are the rules because I was never given one

Always remember that your job description is "everything " including anything that your store manager tells you to do. There is a reason why very little is in writing for salaried managers......retired red badge here.........
The real question is what did you do that is making you need it suddenly

You didn't sign off on the Code of Conduct as part of your hire? How long have you been a salaried manager? It's part of compliance training every year, too.
