Anywhere else, the McKinsey plan has started. If I had to guess, a target of 15% to 20% reduction in headcount over a few years....That is their elevator speech to senior management with a fancy 100 page deck they show to all the clients. They just replace one company’s name with yours, and change a few things here s as bd there
A bunch of layoffs hit Global Technology 3/23. Not sure about any other groups.
That is a funny way of saying it
The bowl is full, they need to flush
Transformation when consultants come in = large irrational layoffs to pump the bottom line so the Executives get big payouts for doing nothing
