Hal should compete in Xprize carbon removal competition announced by Elon Musk. It will bring lot of products for Halliburton in the cc product line even if you don’t win rather than waiting to acquire a company. As a company you will have external timelines to follow and definitely you are way more resourceful than outside competition.
