Thoughts on the merit cycle now that it’s open?

VCP for FY2020 paid out in December 2020. VCP for 2021 will payout in March 2022.
VCP for FY2020 will payout in March 2021. The bonus for last year was paid in December. That was the ‘special’ one. Good luck to everyone.
Will the vcp payout this apr or next year?
Looking for a merit promotion or a VCP, then isn't it time to leave Sabre? The merit promotions are reserved for the boys club when the revenues drop and VCP is than 100% funded.
Looking for a salary based on merit and work achievements, the look elsewhere. Many companies in many other industries are profitable, have good financial positions and are high liquidity.
What "merit" cycle lol?
Will the former sabre employees who left in 2020 get the VCP?
They will delay it as much as possible. Today is townhall but it is not that they will read a list of People who gets merit and how much. They will tell that our managers will talk with us which will happen by the end of March and merit will be effective from April or May and it will be 2/3% I suppose
