The experience was shown the door, the key employees that have been waiting to be promoted or at the minimum provided a career path (any hope) have decided to walk and find employment elsewhere.
At this rate, no one, and I mean no one, even notices who’s gone anymore. Worst yet, employees for the most part don’t even understand their responsibilities anymore. Managers can’t even tell them what to do since they don’t know what’s going on or understand the role their own group plays. HR is even more Clueless.

PowerPoint makes money...….for the printing supply company that is. Man can you imagine the amount of "fake news" passed on daily in those presentations and swallowed hook line and sinker by the clueless management!
Just build the fanciest looking PowerPoint you can ever imagine and ensure you use today's buzz words and you'll get a promotion. Even though Baker won't generate another dime with the PowerPoint, as long as your boss's boss can show Maria something fancy, you'll get promoted.

Aberdeen went off the cliff after losing some big drilling contracts. All downhill from there.
GE ruined Baker, i think not, Baker was in decline years before GE took over, indeed it was this decline that opened the door for a GE takeover.
