For a very long time I’ve been stressing out over layoffs and busting my behind to stand out but I’ve come to the conclusion that no matter how much I’ve accomplished, it will never make a difference. It’s all about crunching numbers here. Now I’m finally over being anxious and over being tense when layoffs are around the corner. I’m no longer looking at a future here. Instead, I’ve been networking like crazy to get out. My knowledge, experience and skills will benefit the next company I join.

It's doesnt matter how much you accomplished, got 4s, 5s, and got lotsa certificates, teamplayer award, ice cream party, etc.etc..it means nothing because the system is rigged. It will never change. They constantly need new debt ridden and brainwashed bodies to fill the seats for the charade. And most willingly and gleefully participate because the wool was their eyes.

HR Girls/personnel/human excrement ("capital"). Two words. Stay. Away.
HR Girls are vicious. I hope they're living the Human Resources the life they dreamed about as little girls in the sandbox. Karma has a way of catching up with everyone.

Never work hard for those corporate overlords. You're fungible. We're all fungible. The US empire was only abt profit. That's it. Enjoy the capitalistic parade.
Correct approach. Get a few interviews and you feel much better. Get going now because you have a lot of Centene workers looking as well.
