If you haven’t noticed vendors are the ones behind most calls nowadays. Give it up and search for a new job. They don’t want us!

Elliot has hired BPO (Business Process Outsourcing ) companies based on what their consultants said. Take a look at windstream if you want to see where we are heading.
Off shore roles include:

If you are on the hit list the union isn't going to save you.
Replace the techs with vendors. That is the only way for Frontier to survive.
One of the first things they do when you attend an IBEW824 meeting is to read off a list of all their bank accounts and how much is in each one. When you add em all up in your head it becomes quite obvious that they are just s—ing their members dry.
Have you observed when they read the sum dollars they have a smile on their face? And their thoughts go to "this is easy."

Techs need to be replaced by vendors now before it is too late. That would save Frontier a lot of money and the vendors would be twice as productive as our current techs. This is the only way to save Frontier.
How is it ridiculous to complain about union dues when they attribute to nothing and you end up losing your job? In case you arent aware, there is a pandemic going on and people are struggling to keep food on the table, so that one hour of work pay that goes to dues may be the difference in whether or not bills get paid in some homes. There are plenty of people who would prefer to not pay dues and collect their full paycheck without any union interference, just because you prefer it does not mean everyone else does its just something that they accepted along with the job position. Field techs are the worst offenders of the majority of issues and the fact that they are customer facing makes it much worse seeing as they get spotted sleeping in their trucks and not showing up to scheduled appointments or referring work back because they dont want to do it. This is not the reasons that labor unions were created and they are protecting the wrong kinds of people. It should concern you that they have hundreds of thousands stashed away in banks, that would indicate they dont need to be collecting dues currently instead of draining their members during times of need. This isnt even an argument it is basic common sense and logic, once the union is gone that will help drain the swamp.
It’s obviously way too much considering the union has a couple of hundred thousand dollars stashed away in several bank accounts all around town.
Cletus will get the job done. Right or wrong field techs will be safe, they are the closest to the customer. The call center folks are always at risk because inbound calls can be redirected with a flip of a switch. Also, the ongoing complaints about union dues are silly, they amount to 1 hour of pay per paycheck. The difference in compension between non union jobs in the industry and union jobs more than make up for one hour you give the union.
I still believe Cletus will come through.
Union is definitely out, its been said here for a while. You can still work, just have to leave the union, like you should have done years ago in the first place. Good thing you pay all those dues and wear red shirts! In solidarity you are gone! Please thank Cletus and consider giving him a donation for all the lip service hes provided, more commentary than action in typical union fashion.
