I would love to know what they were thinking when they replaced the best professionals with average, cheaper workers. What good can this do for the company in the long run?
Worst of all, it is already clear to everyone that this strategy is not bringing any success but Cummins is still trying to make savings in the same way.

They have been doing it for decades. Hopefully now it will finally catch up with them. I feel sorry for some of the employees still there, but the smartest ones have either already been let go, left on their own after witnessing this over time or just too complacent to realize that their time could come any day.
