At my location we can usually tell if it’s going to be a horrible day a few minutes after our manager walks in. Unfortunately it’s been like this for months. He is rude to his employees often making comments to make them feel small. Some have even said it’s a form of bullying. It’s starting to reach a point that we are dreading coming in when he is scheduled and most of us are walking on eggshells. What can we do to alleviate this at work?

I was here 15 years ago, but honestly I miss the company it was 5 years ago...
Find a job where the good old boys network is not as prevalent. The SLT needs to put on their masks and start joining some calls unannounced or getting into our retail stores to see how bad things have gotten. I really miss the company this was 15 years ago.
