Completely agree, the company is run by a clueless bunch. Deluded and without direction
Unfortunately the culture/(in)competence flows top down. I have been on too many agenda-less calls in the last 6 months. Everyone's coasting and wasting each others' time.
I'm well and truly on my way out.
That's the level of incompetence we have to deal with.
