I just read a Tulsa World article saying there would be about 60 people payed off in Procurement in Bartlesville. I used to work in that organization and if I remember correctly, there were only 80 some people. What jobs are being outsourced? Buyers? Contract Specialist? Supervisors? Inquiring minds want to know.
