Thread regarding West Corp. layoffs

While I wait for severance pay

  • I could have found a much better job and forgotten about West
  • shortened the agony
  • avoided a lot of stress
  • finally get some relief

Basically, I don’t even know why I’m waiting for severance pay. Okay, I wouldn’t want to just “give” this company something that’s mine, but lately I’ve been thinking about how worth is the waiting for severance pay here?

I wish I would have left when they first started bringing in cheapskate, low talent. high toxicity corporate animals who care about nothing except their own bonuses and end game.

They took severance out of the employee handbook in 2019. There is zero guarantee you will get anything if you are RIF’ed.
