Anyone has a manager that make you want to call in sick on the daily? I have one who causes everyone to cringe. I’m so sick of being yelled at. If I make mistakes I own up to it like an adult. I don’t need someone riding my @$$ to the point where I want to walk out. I’ve been with Bass for 6 years and by now I know what my responsibilities are. Sometimes I’ll make a mistake or two - who doesn’t? But for Christ’s sake management needs to stop riding us and give us enough space to do our jobs.

Her first 90 days she missed more then she worked, and nothing was done. She is the reason the admin found something else as she was doing most of her work, she sits in her chair and makes things so what does she do other then that? Nothing.
They are looking to fire the full time employees so they can bring in more part time employees. They need to replace HR in Macon shes one of the main problems. Rules should apply to everyone. Management should be accountable as well. We all have things to come up in our personal lives that we need to be late or out for. We get points or terminated management doesn’t. It’s horrible!
