I was overjoyed when I got the job at Commscope with no previous experience. However, I am not happy with how much I have progressed after almost five years of being here. I tried to adopt as many new skills as possible and I was very motivated, but this company just didn’t give me much room to develop. No matter how hard I tried and tried to prove it, it didn’t work out. At one point it seemed to me that only the chosen ones could advance at Commscope, while for others there is no place no matter how hard they try.

Get yourself a new manager either inside or outside the company Asap. Nothing well change and its not worth expending any more energy. Been there done that,run up huge college bills trying to improve myself, come up with endless ideas on hiw to improve/simplify things. Its got me nowhere apart from damaging my health
