Hi recently got an offer in hardware team from intel and juniper. There isn't a big difference in compensation between two companies. I am concerned about work, team, work culture.

I worked at Intel for several years before moving to Juniper. Overall I got around15% TC increase moving to Juniper. Honestly Intel is so big its hard to compare, and there are are micro cultures within Intel since there are so many different groups.
Sitting at Juniper you will face a grass is green on the other side effect. For me, i did enjoy my time at Juniper, though if I get better offer I may go back to Intel. I am getting a bit frustrated with Juniper's no RSU no Raise policy for this long. I will probably start looking for job soon.
My grade at Juniper is 8. Salary near 185k, 17% bonus target with most recent one at 116%. I was offered RSU of 62k when I started, but refresher was very low for the next year and non after that. Overall, I would compare the bonus is similar for me between Intel and Juniper.
One thing I would say, company outlook is important, Intel has been beating its own record several time over last few years, but within a very good company if you salary increase is modest and if you are fighting with many extra ordinary engineers, you may slowly lose interest and start looking for job. This is my opinion. At Juniper, the outlook, size and company prospect is worse than Intel, but the group I work in is small and I am more or less an essential engineer. So, I am easily visible. So, there are lot of things to consider before deciding these things.
Go with Intel, I would not recommend anyone join Juniper
Go with Intel, Juniper is a sinking ship. Intel is not too good but might turn around with the recent CEO change.
I would choose amd over intel.
