You can feel it in the environment. We’re all tired from being overworked and team coordination is just not there anymore. Even management seems like they don’t give a c-ap as well. Once this used to be a fun place to work, most times everyone would be in a good mood and the atmosphere was kind of uplifting. Now, it’s like we’re all waiting for the axe to fall.
