Mr Tod is so proud about Teradata named one of the most ethical company in 2020. TD managers are very ethical... the fired 1000 employees in the last 2 years and 4 CEO in the last 5 year and give them a good package.
Very very proud ... but unfortunately there are other that are not so proud of the bad practice

It's more like 2000, as we are around 8,500 folks now...and they ain't done.
I've been with this company a long time and every year we get "Most Ethical Company", I can't figure out why? Who do they talk to? What is it really based on? Obviously they don't speak to current employees or Teradata wouldn't win it ever again.
1000 employees laid off is quite a low number. What with covid and all there are a lot of other companies laying off a lot more. I would have guessed higher. Job well done.
Talent acquisitions team have done a great job. Plenty of Talents now supporting the old dogs
