ADP has managed to get rid of them either through layoffs or by making their lives so miserable that they decided to leave on their own. We have zero people left capable of making the needed changes that would get ADP back on the right track. Basically, if you want to work at a successful company, you need to look for a way out of this place.

True, yes. Sad, not so sure. Hard to feel sad for CEO planned stupidity. Anger, bitterness, revenge - sure. Sadness - no - I can't see that.
