ADP needs to eliminate every single SVP position. That would save a lot of money. No one would even notice. In fact, productivity would go up, less layers in the system, and that would go a ways toward trying to stave off the slow decline towards a Circuit City future for ADP.
If you asked 99% of employees what the SVP's did, not a sole could tell you. Talk about a waste of money and unnecessary employees.
Fire them all, if I am wrong, you can re-fill the positions with cheaper, inexperienced people. ADP knows that plan well!
