There is more and more talk about layoffs of sales positions.
I’m interested in what could be the scale of these layoffs? Does anyone have more detailed info when they could get started?

Well, if they are inside and they aren't selling... cut em' loose!
But I would say that for anyone. In which case 70% of senior management should be cut loose!
ADP is a crummy company now. Just upgrade and work somewhere else. Go ask around or read reviews and short of the ADP paid media you will find it is not respected, admired, or thought of well at all. It is a pretty bad place to work because the management at all levels is highly unprofessional and unqualified and as such only can rule by fear because they are in fear themselves of being exposed for not having those skills. Truth Baby!
The question I would ask, without being insensitive, why does it even matter? The important questions everyone should be reflecting on and ask themselves are: "Why am I even still working for this company? Am I really that desperate? Can I not go anywhere else? Am I really too lazy to find another, less stressful, better paying, respectful place to work?" Truth is, ADP is highly desperate and made a grave mistake eliminating those good employees that made ADP successful through the years. Now they are in fear of it all collapsing and continue the bad decisions because they don't know how to lead or innovate.
Back to the question of when and what scale of layoffs: I haven't head the numbers, but I have heard more than sales. As far as when: I heard March time frame things would start. Not sure if that means beginning or end of March, but we will find out soon enough.
Nobody commenting on this sight has a clue.
Except me. :)
