Most NA can’t hold seniority in their craft

If non-agreement wasn’t stressful then everybody wouldn’t be going back on their seniority or quitting. Don’t be jealous. Be happy for them sticking it to the company on the way out.

It doesn't exist for agreement under short term disability? How about mental stuff, like depression, etc?

Non agreement mgmt can get 6 months, 4 months at full pay and 2 at 80%. It does not exist as a paid benefit for agreement if that's where you're coming from.

If you had a physical condition which you think required time off, who do you think you would see? So if you’re having mental issues which you believe requires you to take time off, you do you think you would have to see? It’s not rocket science.

Fmla is not stress leave. If you ain’t getting paid for stress leave and you are a manager you’re doing it wrong. Best way to quit the railroad is to get a paid vacation on the way out.

Try to get short term disability if you want to get paid. FMLA will work easier but it does not pay you unless you have vacation time. If you have vacation time than great
